Looking after you after handover
Our job doesn’t end when you move in. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: maintenance period, e.g. how long after handover they return to fix minor items, and how clients report issues.]
Under SA law, statutory warranties apply to domestic building work, and claims can be made up to five years from completion, according to the Legal Services Commission of SA.
